The Queen Studio was pretty disappointing. The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. It wasn't very clean—there were black hairs in the shower and garbage in the window seat. Plus, the toilet wouldn't flush without help. I felt like I need to check everything before settling in. Friends said it got worse than just the basics. Not great overall.

The Queen Studio Non-Smoking was decent, with the area being quite satisfactory. Unfortunately, the TV signal cut out repeatedly, which made it hard to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping knocking before checkout was intrusive, particularly when they opened the door unexpectedly, interrupting our morning.
